The upsetting sleeve connection involves using a special upsetting machine to pre-upset the section of the steel bar to be processed, causing the diameter of the steel bar to expand, and then processing the upsetting part using a special threading machine. The diameter of the sleeve wire is completely changeable. When joining, use an ordinary construction wrench to upset the straight screw and connect the straight thread sleeve to the thread at the end of the steel bar, completing the steel bar's butt joint. High strength: After cutting the thread, the net cross-sectional area of the steel bar in the upsetting section remains larger than the original steel bar cross-sectional area, indicating that the thread does not weaken the cross-section, ensuring that the joint strength exceeds the strength of the steel bar base material.
2. Stable performance: Tightening torque has no effect on joint strength, and screwing in 2 to 3 buckles with a loose thread will not significantly affect joint strength, eliminating the influence of worker quality and force measuring tools on joint performance.
3. Fast connection speed: The straight thread sleeve is approximately 40% shorter than the tapered thread sleeve, the threaded thread pitch is larger, and the threaded thread is shorter, all of which contribute to faster connection rates.
