Common problems and solutions of thread rolling machine
1. The order of changing the inner gasket of the thread rolling wheel: clockwise: thick, medium, and thin, and outer gasket, thin and medium;
2. Fine-tune the size: After loosening the six inner angle screws (or three outer hexagonal screws) behind the rolling wheel head, use an adjustable wrench to fine-tune the size;
3. The length of wire adjustment: adjust the stopper distance on the double-stroke switch;
4. Adjust the length of the leather: adjust and install the square seat on the retracting shaft;
